Saffron Terrace Restaurant Group is opening a modern Levantine concept in DIFC, Dubai, and needs a Head Chef to lead the launch. You will design the menu, run a brigade of twelve, control food cost, and uphold Dubai Municipality food safety standards. We are looking for someone with premium restaurant or five-star hotel experience in the Gulf and a genuine love of regional flavours.
