Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing you post. Listings must describe genuine properties you are authorised to advertise. We may remove listings that are misleading, duplicated, or violate applicable law.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” during this early phase. ListAndList is a venue that connects users; we are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
